Message: <blockquote data-quote="Ford68xl" data-source="post: 542700" data-attributes="member: 10477"><p>I was going to wait till the 29th to call  my dealer and ask about the recall (figured I'd be a nice guy) when they shocked me and called on Wednesday afternoon to say that they had ordered the parts for the recall and if I could bring in the bike sometime after February 9th, as that is when they expected to have the parts.  They told me it would take up to two hours to complete and I only have to give them 24 hours notice as to when I am going to bring in the bike.  Since the weather here in CT has absolutley sucked this winter, I told them I am hoping to get it to them between the 19th and 23rd of February, weather permitting.  They spoke like this was a ride in, sit in their lounge, drink their coffee, watch their TV, and then ride home in a couple of hours.  We shall see.</p></blockquote><p></p>
