Message: <blockquote data-quote="Neil San Diego" data-source="post: 543143" data-attributes="member: 6125">I just talked with the service tech at our local Yamaha dealer.  He said that the next time I bring the bike in for servicing, they will be required to do the ignition recall work.  This is unfortunate for me, since I hardwired a relay into the harness along with other ignition switch repair work.  So I will be losing the relay (had to repair it before the Brodie harnesses were available).  Guess I will be making up a Brodie harness (or buying one from him if I get lazy).Just a heads up for those that did their own relay install before the Brodie harnesses were out.</blockquote>
