Hi Everyone,

I've been a member for some time but don't own an FJR yet. At the bike show at Cardinal Stadium in Glendale I was able to ride both the FJR and the Kawi Concours. Although I like the red color of the Concours I was convinced once again that the FJR is the superior bike. I have an 08 Buell Uly that I have to sell or trade before I can get a new FJR. Does anyone know of any dealers in Phoenix or anywhere in AZ that sells FJRs at reasonable prices? I just went to the new Ridenow dealership in Goodyear and they said they would be getting several FJRs in 2 or 3 months andn that nobody had any. If that's the case is it possible to get any good deals or am I going to have to pay full msrp? I don't mind waiting for a couple of months but I would like to get a good deal. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to/ the day that I'll be riding with any other AZ FJRs

Welcome ! I wound up making a deal & going to CA & riding mine home. The best deal going is probablt D & H, a great place, just ride it back to Phx area to break it in ! C'mon over & ride with us in Tucson tomorrow, check the listing under Southwest section.

I'm at 55th & Peoria ave.

Pete,

If you wouldn't mind an AE model (electric clutch)...the Yamaha dealer in Sunland Park, NM (6.5hrs from PHX) has 4 New, never sold, 07' (silver) models for cheap.

I know you can get a better deal on them then they are posted for. AND...AND...AND one of them is in RED. Yep...they swapped plastics on that one and

an A model (for me)...and still have it around. They also have a used one but I know nothing about it.

RideNow dealerships are all owned by SATAN. Run! Run far away from them!

What part of town, or AZ are you in. You might try Extreme Yamaha in Scottsdale, or Apache Yamaha on the west side of Phoenix. A few have spoken well of a Tucson dealer (though I think they are now RideNow) and also one in Sierra Vista. You won't get the best deal at the small dealer in Casa Grande, most likely MSRP with NO additional fees, but he is the best wrench in the state. So for maintenance and repairs, that's the place to go.

If you don't mind travelling a bit, I bought my 04 FJR from the Yammie dealer in Deming, NM, as I couldn't find a good deal here in AZ. There I paid $1100 under MSRP with no fees. The dealer in Ely, NV also had similar pricing.

You might get lucky and get a good deal at a RideNow, but personally, I would avoid them like the plague.

And DON'T let Ridenow sell you a service contract if you decide to donate money to them. Go ONLY with a Y.E.S warranty & you'll be happy for a long time !

Cochise Motorsports in Sierra vista rocks. I live in Tucson and The local Yammi went Ridenow. And as previously mentioned RUN RUN RUN! Unless you have extra money to just throw away, in which case, call me, I have a slightly used (gently of course) 08 that just turned 11k.
