To this point I have nothing but good things to say about this Dealership. My first trip to their service department has been a pleasant and money saving experience. The Bike was in for its first valve clearance check and a TBS. The price was reasonable, IMHO, and all personnel involved were courteous and informative. The technician discovered the Cam Chain and Tensioner to be slightly out of spec so my Y E S warranty picked up the tab on that issue. That Warranty expires in August. I haven't had a chanced to put many miles on this Bike since getting it back but at this point I would have to recommend this Dealership for exceptional service!

I no longer live in the area but when I did, my wife and I bought our first bikes (Suzuki GSF500 and '05 Yamaha Royal Star Tour Deluxe respectively) from Ron at this dealership. I had also rented several bikes from Ron who runs the EagleRider.com side of things as well. The dealership bent over backwards to work out a deal on our bikes with everyone being friendly and helpful (well, they *are* Southerners
:) ).

When it came time to get service done, they continued to be as helpful as possible - asking questions and explaining procedures/maintenance. We knew what they were going to do to each bike and, for the most part, exactly how long it was going to take.

The icing on the cake came when I was at a Honda Hoot Rally in Nashville and a fellow Royal Star rider came up and asked if I knew of a dealership. He was from FL and was having some issues but needed it taken care of ASAP as he was heading home the next day. I gave him directions to Yamaha of Cool Springs and sent him on his way.

I heard back from him a week later after he had got home and he couldn't say enough good things about how well the folks at Cool Springs had "treated a complete stranger in need".

Unfortunately, this was my first motorcycle dealership and they spoiled me for others. I've been to dozens of others since and am always saddened by the lack of customer service I find.

Ron and the rest of the gang at
Yamaha Suzuki of Cool Springs and Honda of Cool Springs - Lesa and I really miss you guys and we hope you are all doing well.
