I always thought something was a bit gynandrous with you. These things actually look fun, but only for a short distance and slow speed.

Thanks.

I'm sure the fruits, nuts and flakes in California will be able to write a doctoral dissertation on the perception of drivers relative to lane splitting... This ought to be good for 10, maybe even 15 different threads...It looks like a jazzed up Paggio. Same concept...

I'll bet Niehart, Barb, dcarver, 'Zilla and Fairlaner have already ordered theirs! jes' sayin' and nuff' said!

Yeah Don...Like my big *** is gonna fit inside one of those things. Imagine a pissed off Grizzly Bear inside a Fiat 500. I figure if one of those things gets hit from any direction by something like an F350, they can just bury the person in it. No casket needed.

Looking at it from the side it looks like they took a Smart Car and cut it down the middle length wise making two vehicles out of one.

It sure does look like a rip-off of a Piaggio MP3 design.

Seating two in tandem

a range of up to 30 miles on a single charge

no need for driver or passenger to wear a helmet

four can be parked in a single parking bay

all-electric powertrain that uses a Lithium-ion battery

two 2kW motors mounted in the front wheels

Driving range is around 30 miles

the battery can be fully recharged from a conventional domestic power supply in three hours.

intuitive Active Lean system is the key high levels of stability, safety, comfort and fun-to-drive character

no need for the driver to stabilize the vehicle when at low speeds or when stationary

…and a pretty decent dealer network.

Daaaaayum, that looks like fun.

Or was it just the jazzy music that made it seem that way?

Would make a great commute car. For people like me anyway. Thanks for the find OM.

BTW, where were you looking when you found this gem?

Mark

I know my eyes aren't what they used to be, but it looked like those things were computer-generated. Like they don't actually have them yet but this is what they would look like IF they had 'em built.

I agree that they would get punted like a football if they got hit with anything bigger than a Smart Car...

Ya know, my MINI is scary enough to drive around here in Texas with everyone in SUV's or Big ole trucks, no way I'm going to commute in that thing! At least my FJR has balls to get me out of tight situations.

Yep, definitely computer generated. Wonder if it's even a real project or just some Full Sail student's class project?

I bet they sell a bunch of them to people who live in places where 30 miles is more than they drive in a day. Probably not very good in the snow. Just under 3 feet wide, so it would fit through the front door so city dwellers can park it safely indoors. If I lived somewhere where it would be practical I'd be interested.

I thought they looked computer generated as well.

Zilla, the chances of one getting hit by an F-350 are very slim. Hard to keep the Ford running long enough to run over anything...

Odot, I thought they looked plenty "gay enough". Especially at the end when they were doing that little gay dance thingie. That was just so CUUUUTE!
