I ordered a part for my TL1000R because they advertised the lowest price. Here's my email to them along with the chain of events that followed. DO NOT buy from these folks. This message was sent 8-26-11 and I received no reply.

Dear Sir:
I writing this email regarding the above order. I purchased this Suzuki part, 23160-02F20, on 8-9-11. I purchased from you as you advertised the lowest price. That was true after doing some search of the same part.
I got an email confirmation that the order went through the same day I placed it. I figured that it wouldn't be an in stock unit and would needed to be ordered by your parts department. This was the case.
I hadn't heard anything as of 8-17-11. I received no email or anything. I called that day and was told the part had just arrived and would be sent out right away. This wasn't the case.
I waited until 8-24-11 to call again. I still had not received the part. I was told the part had been sent out via USPS Priority mail, on 8-19-11. This was not true either. So far that's two falsehoods. I was additionally told there was no way to track the part due to the method it was sent. The parts counter employee went on to say that if it did not arrive by the end of this week, 8-26-11, to call back.
Today, I received the part. It was stuffed into a Priority envelop and mailed. According to the postage stamp, it wasn't mailed until 8-24-11. I had to pay $15 in shipping, for what? I wasn't sent the part in a timely manner. That was quite ridiculous considering the part sat at your part department for at least five days before being sent out. The postage itself was only $5.45, again according to the postage stamp. So why the $15 charge? My bike sat for almost two and a half weeks before I was able to ride it again. Had I known I was going to get this kind of service, or lack thereof, I would have paid almost the same price locally (including tax) to get it sooner.
I am quite upset and look forward to a response from you.
