Due to some stupidity on my part - which I need not go into - I had need recently to have my left hard bag cover refinished/repainted. Reaching out to Gary, I sent it to him and for a very reasonable price, in a very reasonable amount of turnaround time, he made it look like new. This included patiently instructing me on how to disassemble and re-attach the panel from the hard bag itself.
No fuss, no muss.
So here's a well deserved shout out to Garauld. I would not hesitate to do business with him again. A couple of years ago, I bought one of the luggage racks he fashions and it was great too.
If he lived closer to KC, I might have him paint my '05 model some other color!
