Gen 1 Corbin seat, one-piece, very good condition. Comes with Corbin backrest. Asking $250, shipping negotiable depending on destination.

P.S., I have no way of posting pictures on this site, but I can email photos to you if needed, just include your email address in the PM. Thanks!

Hi,

How does the seat thickness compare with a stock seat? Is it substantially thinner, causing less distance to the foot pegs?

It might be just a little bit thinner than stock. I'll try to compare the two tonight after work. I really like the FJR but for taller riders I think the bent legs would get old fast. I'm 5'09" and even I don't care for the seat-to-peg distance. Doubt I could enjoy this bike without highway pegs... (thanks Garauld!). I'll follow up tonight. Thanks Dezz.

DezzertRider,

I checked out both seats and the Corbin is about 1/4" lower than the stock seat. My "seat of the pants" impression is that it might decrease the seat to peg distance, but not much. Hope that helps!
