I need a windshield for my 05', the stock will not cut it anymore. I'm 6'1, 230lbs, tall in the body and can't seem to find a consensus on what works best (because there isn't one) I don't feel like spending upwards of $200 to get something I may not like so if anybody has one laying around that might fit me we can make a deal. Condition doesn't much matter as I can't see through the bugs anyway, I would just like to get more out of the wind and into a quieter air pocket. I have a Corbin Standard seat with silver trim that is available as soon as I get my Mayer from the group buy, I think its worth about $200. I would also be willing to spend around $100 or less to buy straight out.

I figure 2 or 3 screens for the same money as a new one and one will fit right.

Thanks, Kurt

I thought the consensus for Gen I was a Rifle WITH the tuning block (I have a CeeBailey's +4 +4? that's okay, but certainly not the end-all be-all). I only use the big shield about 4 months/year in winter and let the stocker with 5/8" spacers blow on me the remainder of the year.

I used to like my Cee Bailey, then I picked up a V-Stream, which was very nice. Later came a free Rifle, which was also nice, so I sold the V-Stream and cut the flip top-part off the Cee Bailey, which became my summer screen. I run the Rifle with some Skyway spacers, and the CB without.

I may be willing to part with one or two. The SO and I are working out which one we like the best and then I will be selling the other two. I have a Rifle Sport, a Givi, and a Laminar Lip. PM me if you are still looking for something, we can talk price.

I'm 6'-2" and use a stock sheild with a Linamar Lip, If I raise the sheild just a slightly I have very little buffeting.

I would part with my CeeBailey +4 +1 (with flip) or my National Cycle VStream. It's looking for a new home and would let go for cheap + shipping.

I'd be interested in going to Petaluma to buy the VStream (depending on how big it is).

Thanks,

Or you could come to NAFO and see if anyone there would let you try their windscreen for a ride up the highway to see if it fits your needs......

I've done that for locals here in the Sacramento Valley.

Sorry, RsvlFeej. The VStream sold quickly (note to self: ask higher price next time  )

I have a Cee Bailey +4+2 that you're welcome to try out. I'm just up the road from you, so stop by, bolt it on, and go riding. If you don't like it you can give it back and I'll offer it up for sale here.
