Basically brand new Gerbing heated pants liners size large and socks size XL. I tried them on when I bought them but never actually used them. As you can see, the pants actually say Harley, but they are made by Gerbing. Both items are the heated element technology circa 2005, which is the heated wire, not the fancy, shmancy heated fabric available today. But the price is right - $60 shipped CONUS.
