Givi base plate for 06

Does anyone have a pic of the givi base plate mounted on an 06? I am interested in the E52 givi top case and just wondered if anyone already purchased the setup.

Has anyone been able to find a GIVI base plate for the 06? I am not sure if they have been shipped to the US.

I emailed Givi USA on this last week & here was the reply;

The SR357 rack is $142.00 expected in a few weeks, we do not have confirmation of a color matched case at this time.
