Just FYI. After researching on other forums, it seemed that a Givi lock cylinder couldn't be rearranged to match the ignition key. I removed mine and took it to a lock smith. The Yamaha ignition key went into the Givi lock but was a little sloppy and obviously did not align the tumblers to unlock it. He took a grinder to the tumblers and had it working in about 5 minutes. He also made me a spare ignition key and charged me exactly 4 dollars for everything! When I got home, I noticed the lock works with the Givi key as well as with the Yamaha ignition key. Needless to say, there are only one of two tumblers engaged to prevent unlocking, but I am thrilled to only need one key.
