The rider behind seems consistantly smoother through the right handers. I think I'll head over there and get some some free aluminum for recycling.

I can't win...first my Goldwing buddies tell me I ride too fast/too aggressively. Now that I am riding the FJR those same people are accusing me of going through my second childhood. I just laugh and invite them to come along. And yep, what hair I have left is definately grey! :)

And anyone who says the GL1800 is a pig should watch those vids. The guy in front was dropping his knees and hanging off, too! Hmmm, I never gave that a thought. Prolly why I went through two sets of feelers?

I have definitely been there and done that...... two up. Those bikes are awesome. Not an FJR mind u but they will run and can handle the twisties. I was WAY WAY too aggressive on the 1800 to be safe. It handled anything I tried though.

damn thanks guys!!!! yup that was me"the lead bike" and fuse was my buddy on the back bike filming me!!!!! rode 860 miles to the gap"an all nighter" then made the video!!!! was alot of fun and hope to go back soon!!!! rick
