Well, I had orders to Ramstein AFB in Germany, but they got canceled today for a good reason.

I applied to join the USAF Honor Guard at Bolling AFB in D.C. and I got approved. I don't know when I will be moving up there I just found out today. Needless to say I am excited and I can't wait to get up there.

Congrats! I can give you some tips on getting out of Dodge on the weekends - maybe hook up for a beer some time.

Before you sign any real estate papers, run the hoods by here. Any agent that uses the word Anacostia, even one time, in casual conversation is not your friend.

when i was looking for housing during my railroad interviews, found some nice town homes that had all professionals / military / gov't people in them... 4 people per town home, my intended unit included 1/2 of the 2 car garage, weekly maid service, 6 mo min commitment, then month to month... very clean and nice area... furnished...

it was on samuel wallis st in lorton...
