Don't forget to give them your social security number and all your credit card and bank account numbers. That'll speed things up!

Here's a funny site where people scam the scammers: 419.

The Tale of the Painted Breast is a personal favorite. ;)

Wow, I didn't think BMW had gotten into lotteries. Wonder if this is how they're expanding to help support their bikes.

WOW, that is totally cool -and I'm glad I'm not alone and someone else has such luck and good-fortune. these folks are the ones that I won my FJR from. Been a great bike, I really love it and what a dream that, like you, was lucky enough to win and not have to pay for it. Gosh, and they say that good things happen to bad people. I'm proof of that being true.
When you send in your info, including your SS#, bank account and routing numbers, mother's maiden name, city of birth etc etc ....feel free to say that john in reno says "thanks again".

Enjoy the new bike!

I have had a couple phony inheritance emails lately (falsely from England) which they needed a benifactor for umteen Millions

You may be luckier than you think! I almost discarded a Fed-Ex letter that looked like a scam. Miracleworkers.com had called me several times, with promise of an 'Important Message'. I deleted all the recorded messages and didn't call them back. The letter told me about the BMW Z3 Convertible roadster that I had won. There was an all-expenses paid trip to Atlanta, GA for a presentation then I picked out my car locally. Had to pay tax and license, then income tax the following April 15.

It was for real. The car is now almost seven years old, and has about 50K miles.

The diffeence is that it is out of country. Don't tell me that a company as big as BMW doesn't have a office here in the US that would be handling this if it were real.

It will make things go even faster if you give them your PayPal name and password, that way any fess can come dirrectly out of your account. ;)

BMW is looking to go to the same business model razor and printer makers use. Cheap printer and razor offset by high replacement cartridges and blades. You get a BMW motorcycle for below cost but they then hammer you on maintenance costs and drive shaft replacements. :)
