Got Me a Muzzy full 4/1 Ti system.

Got me one. Has ZERO miles on it (I could post piccies of the 2 feet of snow here) and I need a PCIII Map for it.

Also, for those with the experience. I could go get a aftermarket air cleaner.... Will I get more gains?? << Nevermind, Stupid question. I know I will get one.

Anyone got a map for the full system??

Robin -- call Muzzy and ask them to e-mail you the map for the Muzzy system. I have the same system (they only make a SS header and mid-pipe for their systems, but the can cover is Ti) on my '05, and that's what I did. Works great, didn't cost a thing.

BTW, if you're interested in a little quieter exhaust note, you can get a "quiet core" from them (roughly $40) -- you install in the can in place of the regular core, and I can give you a couple tips that will make it simple to do.

I am a Muzzy owner also, Just have not put them on yet! I am needing the PCIII map also!

Fairlaner, THanks for the maps, They will likely not work for me since they are from a GEN 1

Toe :lol: Hehe.. I crashed becuase I was leaning over too far...... Got another track day coming up. Honestl;y, The Muzzy system was over 1,000 less money than the stock. I got to keep the 1k and got more performance out of it.

I will call Muzzy Today and pass it on.... The quiet cxore may be something I want. I have not ridden the bike YET since I got it back but it did seem a tad loud in the parking lot.....

Ask for a map and in your email tell them the particulars about your bike

They will generate a map and send it back to you

Lake, I dunno. I don't have one and have not decided if I am going to get one yet. I have run them on all but my latest truck. I am concerned about the efficiency of the K&N to actually filter the air. Heard a lot of info both ways..

Clikcy for 06 Full System FJR Map << does not include w/o O2, or K&N But I would bet better than stock (still snowing)

I have the Muzzy complete system plus the uni foam air cleaner, I have tried 3 different maps and I really can't say one is any better than the other.

My mileage has drop to 32 mpg and I always get a little back fire when I let off the throttle. I have right at 8,000 miles on my system and it still looks brand new. 95% of my riding is in the Mexican mountains perhaps the elevation and famous Mexican gas have something to do with the poor mileage.

Tmex, blocking off the PAIR or whatever it's called on the FJR got rid of the backfire on mine.

The tubing goes down into the head near the spark plugs.
