Describes what it is, but certainly not how it works.
(the Post article is wrong about finding your keys, unless you are prepared to closely search a roughly 18 foot globe and power a radio transmitter as well - and if it is indoors, THAT likely won't work, because accuracy requires power).

So all an enemy would have to do is knock out 7 of the satellites, the GPS system would not operate, and we'd all be left wandering lost and aimlessly, having no clue as to where to go? Dogs and cats living together. Complete anarchy. :huh:
