Hello,
I haven't seen this posted yet so I'll take a stab at it, my contribution for being new, and having already taken more than I've contributed!
In the 5/08 edition of Cycleworld, Powerlet advertised their "Powerlet Powerbar Plus". NB: this was not a review, just an advert. You can find it here: https://www.powerlet.net/products/powerbar_plus.php.
However, the California Sport Touring Association sells a shelf which "seems" to do a bit more from what other posters have offered.
Trying to do it gracefully and like an upperclassmen, hopefully you'll just be able to click here, maybe, possibly, if it doesn't work, I'm blaming Al Gore! clicky_thingy
Best,
Patrick
