Thank you for posting.

We are a blessed family, our son came home.

To all who have served,

Thank you from the depths of our hearts.

The Berlins

That's a great idea thanks for sharing.

I see people who have served our country in the airport all the time.

I feel offering to buy them a drink, but that seems so indaquate.

I pulled up next to a soldier and his wife at a stop light the other day, it was about an hour after rereading axe's post and replies (again). I motioned for her to roll her window down (I was on her side of the vehicle) and when she did he moved forward to see what I was doing. I looked him right in the eyes and said "thank you." He blinked and said " Huh, thank you for what?" She knew instantly and gently took his arm, and as she did this he looked at her hands wrapped around his arm, and realized she was holding his uniform in her hands.. and looked at me and said, almost incredulously, quietly ".. you're welcome..." I think she about cried.

I hope I am not the first one to thank this man.
