HEY! This is great! Thanks. Brings back gobs of memories. And you're right about going it alone. Years ago I did that(took solo bird hunting trips all over the US & Canadian prairies too).Met folks who became life long friends.Learned a lot of history I'd never learned otherwise. REALLY enjoyed this. You should write it up for publication.

thanks for the pics they were great. I have been on some of the same roads in oregon, idaho, wyoming, ca. One great thing about the good ole U.S.A. is there is a lot to see . my next long trip will be in 2 years
