Grrr! is a column on foxnews.com (https://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,126808,00.html) that addresses people called:

Oblivion (oh-bliv-éon) — A person who is so oblivious to his or her surroundings that they abandon all common courtesy and commit daily acts of rudeness. Oblivions are oblivious to the very fact that they are Oblivions, which makes it difficult for an Oblivion to ever see the error in his or her ways.

These are the people on this forum that can't post in the right category and never use the search feature. Maybe there could be a simple test to pass first before you are allowed to post. I like helping others, but I don't like leading them around by the nose. :assassin:

Let's just shoot em!
I would like to start a national police force called "The Stupid Police". When they come across these people they just shoot them on the spot. I don't think we could keep them in enough ammo though.

Give Radman the gun and enough ammo and after a couple of weeks of his 'selections' the world will truly be a different place

+1 borrec

Copy that "The Stupid Police", deffinetely not enough lead to handle that job.

But look at all the ROHS groups you could also piss off while distributing all that lead.

2 birds with 1 stone, sweet.

But would it be better? :D
I'm sure it would be better for HIM!

I almost ran into some oblivion ******* yesterday. They didn't even flinch when I laid on the blasters. "People on 'ludes should not drive"- Spiccoli

This is a hot button topic with me. I watch what driver's lack of situational awareness does to traffic and it is amazing. Boston is a great city in which to come observe what happens when 500k Oblivions hit the road all at once. Twice a day.

Problem is, once the 10% had been eliminated you'd still have 10% of the remaining population that would take over...they'd be smarter than those exterminated folks, but not as smart as 90% of the remaining population. This could go on forever. It'd be like "stupid genocide".

that might explain the number of NG's that happen to ocifers around the country. :)

for years i've proposed that all vehicle operators be issued paint guns. when you see someone do something stupid, just splat them. when a cop sees a vehicle with 3 or more splats, that vehicle is cited for general stupidity.

This could go on forever.
Naw it'd end when it got down to just you and me.

but i'm not real sure about you... ;)

God I wish it were only 500k here........... how about 2-3 million!

I was looking for someone's opinion on extended warranties or synthetic oil?

Any thoughts?

Jeesh - just kidding guys - gotta give some of us newbies abreak some times.

:D

I once saw a performance by the comedian known as Galagher. He said that when you get your drivers license you should be issued a dart gun. When you saw someone doing something stupid you would shoot a dart at the trunk of the idiots car. Then, when a LEO saw a car with a bunch of darts on the trunk lid he would then pull the driver over and give him a ticket just for being an *** hole!

borrec

I see no connection between the oblivious idiots you describe and there are plenty of them and the forum memeber that may post erroneously or not use the search feature. Kill all the vacant eyed idiots stumbling thru the world ******* it up for everyone else but don't get so full of yourself to beat up a fellow rider who doesn't measure up to your eagle eyed savvy use of this product. There are many users of this forum who work, live, ride, love, eat, fart, drink and don't give a rats *** about spending a **** load of time figuring out the the perfect way to ask a question.

Get a ******* life, pal.

Thanks for proving my point. Since you took this personally I have to assume you are a 10%er too. :p

38 posts, 3 of which in this ludicrous topic. That really makes you a regular and helpful contributor to this forum, right? :p

First look at what area of the forum we are in. Second, I missed the place when I joined where I was supposed to start with 332 posts. Third, I see that all 333 of your posts are helpful and contributing.

More helpful than your 'use the search' replies. But that's the problem with the newbies, they don't know how to interpret the smilies yet. ;)
