That reminds me of a joke I heard years back:
I guy in the hospital is having a terrible time with diarrhea, and craps all over the bed sheets. Embarrassed, he gathers up the shit sheet, opens the window and tosses it out of his 2nd story hospital room. A drunk happens to be walking by and the sheet lands on top of him. He begins flailing his arms and cussing. A cop walking by asked him what his problem is. The drunk says, "Leave me alone, I'm beating the shit out of a ghost".
