Happy five-oh, Bungie!

I'd be looking for a reply from ya, but I figure you got lost somewhere between the kitchen and the bathroom, so have a great one anyway!

Thanks muchly for the bday wishes. I celebrated my.. well hold up, theirs a bit of a story to tell.

This weekend I went for a little tour to Southern Ontario to drop off some stuff for Rob, Tom and my sister. Along the way I stopped for a burning at Mike's place, Mike, FIRE GOOD!. I had intended, after leaving Tom's to head up to my aunt & uncles place in Owen Sound. After leaving Tom's, I stopped in Kincardine for some lunch at Tim's. Their famous for having good sam'iches served on rock hard buns. So much so, they made a big deal about now serving their sam'iches on SOFT buns. That was about a year ago. Well they must've shipped all the leftover hard buns to Kincardine, because after I got about 3/4's of the way through the sam'ich, I busted a tooth off my partial (ya, I'm 50, I have partials... dagnabbit!). PISS ME OFF. It was right in the front too, so now the locals thought I was.. uh.. local. Piss on it, I skip seeing my aunt and uncle and head home.

I called the dentist yesterday and got in for 8am this morning. COMPLETELY forgetting that today was my 50th (counting down to senility ... dagnabbit!). So I leave the dentist office without my top partial to be fixed for 10am tomorrow morning. I'm in the door about 15 minutes and Christie calls me up, she doesn't have the kids and once to get together for drinks and to celebrate. Crap. I'm not going out without my teef!

So I spent the day inside, vacuumed, washed the floors, dusted, cleaned the bathroom. Then I got energetic and vacuumed and washed the car. Now after I finish this, I get to do some dishes.

Being 50 sucks. I'm all responsible 'n ****. **** that mess. So, I've decided I'm going to delay the celebration till the weekend. I'm gonna leave a scar on this town.

You got it Mike, and that Emily ***** mumbles!

Bungie, you young turd, what's all the whinin' and moanin'... wait till you get arthritis.

And how many scars can you leave on that rock up there?

Friggin' kids today, always moanin'.........

The memory is the second thing to go. What's the first? I dunno can't remember.

Oh yeah, Steve, I hope you have a very Happy Birf day (when you can talk right again).

All the best.
