Thanks again everybody!
For my birthday, I took the girls shopping in Wilmington, met up with some of those folks finishing the Cape Fear 1000 Iron Butt ride, had my favorite meal at Olive Garden, and played some triple slolum with some dude in a little Honda cager. No top bag and some brand new Strada rear rubber gave me that lovin' feeling again.
Rode this afternoon with E1Allen and his SO, Danielle. They are a nice young couple. She had never been to the beach since moving to this area, so I volunteered to be tour guide. I wound up going from home to Fayetteville, to Topsail Island and a long loop home. We had a blast. So I guess it's official now. The birthday celebration is over. I definitely enjoyed!!!
