Do a search for Grip Puppies or replacement grips. Plenty of info here.

I decided on the BMW grips after reading some of the posts in other forums. They just feel a lot better than the original ones, are easier to grip, and are softer. Not really cushiony though....

I'm very happy with them. Cost was about $20 otd for both of them.

After owning a couple BMWs, I have become addicted to their grips. I now have three bikes with them, including the FJR.

Also, don't lean on your handlebars so much. Use your legs and back to support yourself upright, hands should really only be resting on the handlebars.

Doing that and using grip puppies worked for me!!!!!!

Hooked on phonics didn't....

BMW Grips and you will not need cushioning. The best $25 farkle on your bike. IMHO of course.
