Hard shudder and rattle at 4000rpm

Yesterday was the 1st day with the used 2009 and have experienced two annoying concerns. One, there is a rattle when I hit bumps, which seems to be located near the front. The other issue is vibration (way more than a buzz) that comes on around 4000rpm and lasts up through 5000rpm. This causes the mirrors to shake pretty hard. The posts I've read, after a search, indicate a buzz in this rpm range but not a violent as I'm experiencing :blink: . Any suggestions?

I have an '09 and do not have any vibration to speak of. What has been said on the forum if the motor mount bolts loosen up a vibration starts that gets worse as time goes on. Did someone install frame sliders? I have read that you tighten up the mounting bolts for the sliders (which are engine mount bolts) and the bike is back to normal. As far as the rattle in the front end my bike is quiet but I do have some movement in the front rotors which I can feel in the bars just before you come to a complete stop. It is most noticeable when pulling into the garage or at slow speed like in a parking lot. Hope these ideas help.
