Don’t even count as rhetorical questions in this Forum. The questions would be best asked as, “What were the results from.....?” Or, “How did it work out when you.....?” The FJR is now a very mature product, been on the market for a lot of years. I have to laugh at the types of personalities that have latched onto the FJR. Many have seen the FJR as a blank canvas, which we personalize and tailor to meet our idea of the perfect ride.
As a group we have innovators, creators, optimizers and yes, a few bastardizers. In any case we have probably already done, tried, made, customized, added, purchased and tweaked all things on the bike.
So, now that we are here, let me ask -- Has Anyone Ever… Has Anyone Tried…
Filling your tires with water for cooling?
Used a leaf blower to turbocharge your engine?
Added a wing to the front end to get more down force on the front tire?
Placed a nozzle in front of the rear tire to spray traction compound for those tricky reducing radius corners?
Replaced the suspension with air ride bags?
Done a trike conversion?
Added pneumatically deployable bars in case of an oh s#it moment?
Any other great ideas for things that may not have been tried yet?
