If that guy is still with us it won't be for long. The sad part is he may take an innocent person or persons with him. What an idot.

The real sad part is how it impacts us sane riders.

What do you think the people in everyone of the vehicles he past thinks of us?

I know that the speedo says 150 mph but look at the difference in speed between him and the cars he's passing. No way he's going 90 mph faster. I think he's has it set in kilometers per hour then he would be doing a difference of about 50 miles per hour. I've passed cars on the road at that differential and that's more what it looks like to me. I can't believe anyone would or could pass on the shoulder at 135 mph.

I've looked at it again and I figure he tops it out in 4th gear. Counted the shifts. The banner on the screen hides the tach quite a bit during the run up . With the reduction in gearing might put it in that ball park.

Nice...

Yeah, that's how I ride, I alwasy use the shoulder too because you know it's always clean and debris free!

He just about ate it in the tunnel at the 4:40 mark.

You know, I like sport bikes and all. Heck I don't mind even riding a little quicker, and I have been known to pass a few people or even play with other bikers. I would love to have the skills on a sport bike to ride in any situation, but................exercising good desicion making is a damn skill. They are short of that skill.

Now that putting cameras on sport bikes is gaining in popularity, how many deaths have been filmed?

Bryan

Very few.

The other thing that's misleading is the speed of the other traffic. Typical traffic speeds there are about 1/2 of stateside. It's the Aloha spirit, man - take it easy, no hurry :)

The islands may be small but it takes hours to go around them - typical limits on non-interstates are 15 or 25.

So yeah he's passing them all by at least 60+ MPH but I would bet the traffic is only doing about 50-60 instead of the typical 80-90 you find around here.
