Anyone going to the HCMR this year? I will be leaving with some buds from the PDX area Friday Morning. They are staying in Halfway OR since they got a late start on living quarters. I, as usual, have my room ready at the Bridge Street Inn.

If anyone is going that way and would like to join or have us modify to join yours, let's talk and see what can be done.

I will be attending this year. Long time no see ya. Will leave on Thursday from Vancouver with a weird route to and from. Expect to do about 2600 miles.

Either way, can't wait to see ya again. I think you know Phill Benson. He will be going. One of the guys I mention staying in Halfway.

I have never been and it sounds like fun. When are you leaving? Do you think there is still lodging someplace? If you don't mind I would be up for joining the trip assuming the logistics work out.

My normal time is on the road by no later than 09:00. But the group I ride weekends with are going so the route and time are not concrete.

As for the lodging, that is more no than yes, if you want a bed. If you check the website out, there will be info for camping sites. Last couple years, the local high school has allowed camping on the football field.
