Header Bolts - Torque

Can anyone tell me the recommended torque for header bolts.

Exhaust pipe assembly and bracket bolt 4 17 Nm (1.7 m · kg)

Exhaust pipe nut 5 20 Nm (2.0 m · kg)

Muffler and passenger footrest bracket bolt 6 25 Nm (2.5 m · kg)

Exhaust pipe and muffler bolt 7 20 Nm (2.0 m · kg)

From a 2001 service manual, but "should" be the same.
