Will a Gerbing controller work with a Warm and Safe liner?

Yeah, but having owned both it's my opinion that the

Heattroller is a much better product.

I haven't had one fail yet.

I have an original Gerbing insulated electric jacket liner that my wife bought me for xmas in 1996. I use it now in place of the insulated liner that came with my Tourmaster Transition 2 jacket. I guess I'm getting wimpy because now I'd like to get electric pants liners. But due to the age of my jacket liner any new electric gear won't have compatible connectors. So I guess that means I will be waiting until I can afford a complete set.

Prior to getting my Gerbing I went thru two Widder Vests due to my getting fatter

and I still have a pair of Widder electric gloves. I think I only ever turned the gloves on twice because they were so warm without the power on. Once I got the Gerbing I stopped using the Widder gloves all together. So they have been sitting in a drawer for 20 years.

I couldn't be more happy with my warmnsafe jacket liner. While it fits as advertised, and you don't want these to be too loose, if I had it to do over, I'd have gone one size up. It is a stretch to zip the jacket over my belt-mounted hardware.

Anyone around here tried the Aerostich stuff? Thinking of updating my Gen I Warm-N-Safe with a Stich heated jacket. Pricey ******* it is.

I had their Kanetsu windstopper electric liner that I bought with my Darien suit back in 07. It failed at around a year and was replaced. Then the new one failed after a couple years and they initially denied warranty until I whined enough. Then that new one also failed and I'd had enough so I traded in on the Warm n Safe liner which I've been very happy with.

I should note that I'm not at all rough with my gear, so I can't explain why I had so many failures with their liners. Maybe the Airvantage version is a better design in the heating elements (that's where mine failed internally)? I'm sure having the air press the liner against your body would work better.
