Not sure about that part, but here is what I did find for about 1/4 the price.

The 'Tour Performance Bar Adapters' by Heli install beneath your stock bars, raising them 1" and moving them back towards the rider 1 3/4". All stock cables and hydraulic lines are retained.

Those listed by Cougar will not work on an 06. If your profile is right, then I think you ride an 06.

True only for the 2003-2005 FJR1300s.

Not true for the 2006-2007 models.
