Hello from Colorado!

Hello from SW Colorado! Finally got around to buy a new-to-me 2010 FJR1300... I haven't even picked it up yet. Looks like a really nice bike. I've always been on Sport touring bikes, but my last bike I decided on a sport bike, an Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory... Nice bike, but narrow focus! So, I bough the FJR to fill in my travelin' bike slot. I think it's gonna work out fine. Anyway, I've been at Motorcycling since the early 70's (so Im old!) but don't really feel it, so that's a good deal. Just got through riding down to Taos New Mexico via the "Million Dollar Highway"... BEAUTIFUL!!! If you haven't done that, you really ought to!

Been through your neck of the woods a couple of times - pretty nice around there.

The FJR is by far the best bike I've ever owned and I'm betting you might think the same way after riding yours for a bit.
