Helmet lock brackets

I made some brackets to mount helmet locks to this evening. Thought you might want to see how I did it. You can see all the photos of the process making the brackets and rekeying the locks here:

A somewhat simpler solution is a helmet cable. That will drop the helmet below the mufflers.

I threw away the Helmet Guardian mounting bracket as well as the lock cylinders, and did pretty much start over.

I don't want to have to lug around a cable with me just to lock my helmets. I want to hang em on the locks and go.

Great job Fred. I tried to find a way to move the Helmet Guardian up high enough and just couldn't figure it out. I really need to do this, if I can find the time. My bike is scattered all over my garage right now hooking up several different farkles.
