Help ! Center stem IPhone mount

Looking to buy a Center stem mount for my IPhone 4S ... My handlebar space on my 05 fjr is getting very limited but I'd like to instal my IPhone to a secure mount and the Center stem seems to be the best place.

Any ideas fellas would be appreciated.

Easy...Stem nut and Ram ball from MCL add a medium arm and X-Grip and you're all set.

That's exactly what i had in mind...

I've never taken that stem nut off... I don't have a service manual...is it an easy job and what do I expect?

Mine came off with just a slight twist, almost too easy.

Is the center stem cap only there for esthetics or does it need to be torqued at a certain measurement?

It is supposed to be torqued down. You'll need a deep socket though!

Definitely needs to be torqued to a setting. Can't recall specifically, but take a look at FAQ IIRC it's 85 ft-lb.
