Two questions.

1. Whatever happened to the higher output alternator/coil setup that Warchild was testing?

2. Any word on the Holeshot full exhaust system? If it is made to fit their own slip-ons, then presumably it will work with other 3rd party mufflers, like the Blue Flames? They are appealing to me bacause of the sound tuning potential.

Regarding the thread re K&N, PC and exhaust cans, my carbureted Honda Superhawk twin, rated at 105hp at the crank by factory, dyno'd at 116Hp, 76ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel after adding PC jet kit, K & N and Yoshimura full exhaust. Made a believer out of me.

Shhhhh. They'll stop sending free baseball caps.

I recall seeing/hearing availability this fall, I think...

Welcome and WTF is a 'Broadcast Architect'?

I have SuperTrapp slip-ons on my V-Max and having the ability to set the sound level to my mood is too cool.

I wouldn't be hoping for any noticable horsepower gains on the FJR. Yamaha got it pretty close. Lots of guys have tried lots of slip-ons; and all like the sound improvement. But few have noticed performance gains. IMHO

Part of that is because the exhaust flow doesn't change much with a cat/con in the system.
