Wondering about Hwy. 20 from just south of Ft.Bragg going inland to Willetts and 101.

I'm aware that CalTrans posts road conditions, and I've ridden it in the past

but was pretty drunk and don't remember the details. So, I was wondering if any

of you KnorCal Knobs knew of any reason to avoid the route in winter, brutal as it

is around here.

This weekend is to be mild and sunny up the coast, BTW, you know, ...in case you've got

a motorbike, ...and you're not James Burleigh.

:D

(And this is serious stuff here, so don't y'all hijack it with pictures of

cleavage, and mutton, and naked friggin' cowboys - Tyler.)

On Tuesday, Hwy.20 in Nevada County from its intersection with 49 in Nevada City to Penn Valley was dry, clear, in good condition and free of LEOs.

HTH

:p

btw, whaddya expect when the folks you ask for help are the same folks you are calling "knobs", ya knob?

Drove across US 20 this AM from Freeport to Rockford, clear but salt incrusted, temps -12.

Go for it OM
