If you're looking for an IBA cert, or to tune up for later in the year, consider attending this one.
There will be 6 rides from 500 to 2000 miles in this LD event, 5 of which will be IBA certified.
There will be five (5) available IBA certifiable rides held May 16 through May 18, 2013.
These rides are as follows:
SS 2000 Gold -- 2,000 miles in 36 hours or less KSU 6:00 AM Thursday, May 16, 2013
SS 2000 Regular -- 2,000 miles in 48 hours or less KSU 6:00 AM Thursday, May 16, 2013
BBG 1500 Gold -- 1,500 miles in 24 hours or less KSU 6:00 AM Friday, May 17, 2013
BBG 1500 Regular -- 1,500 miles in 36 hours or less KSU 6:00 AM Friday, May 17, 2013
SS 1000 -- 1,000 miles in 24 hours or less KSU 7:00 AM, Friday, May 17, 2013
500 mile Introductory Ride (not IBA certified) -- 500 miles in 12 hours or less KSU 6:00 AM Saturday, May 18, 2013
The 2,000 mile rides will consist of two (2) 1,000 mile loops: one clockwise and the other counterclockwise.
The 1,500 mile rides will consist of a single 1,000 mile loop followed by the 500 mile route.
Due to the special relationship between Hoagy’s Heroes and the IBA we have obtained special permission to limit the number of required (Mandatory) receipt stops for all rides.
Riders may ride alone or in small groups.
These rides will be offer a great shake-down for the more experienced riders heading into the 2013 rally season and a chance to fine tune your rides before it really counts!
The fee to ride is $30.00 if pre-registered and $35.00 if registering that day. This fee includes a Hoagy's Heroes patch, HH certificate and rocker. If you want any additional HH certifications and rockers, there will be an additional fee of $7.00 per ride. Example: Registering for SS 2000 Gold -- could also qualify for all runs. Each IBA certification requested is $37.00 full package and $28.00 for certificate only. Pre-registration is available for the ride registration only. If you pre-register and are not able to be there, refunds (less PayPal fees) will be refunded up to April 18, 2012.
