+1, Gunny; my Austrian Friend Markus Hellrigl owns the first year model of the Honda Africa Twin, he is one of Edelweiss Bike Travel's longest tenured Tour Guides (25 years!).

His Africa Twin has been to Morocco dozens of times along with the rest of North Africa, plus over to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Arab Emirates and the rest of the Middle East.

The machine is absolutely bulletproof, he can ride any personal machine he wants, he rides Ducati-Triumph-BMW as an EBT Tour Guide, yet his personal moto is an Africa Twin!
