Amid the automotive weirdness that typifies the Tokyo Motor Show, there are to be found a few truly stirring examples of mechanical art. Honda's EVO6 concept is just such a machine. The bike uses a version of the 1832-cc horizontally opposed six-cylinder powerplant from Honda's big Gold Wing touring bike. But expect the EVO6 version of the engine to belt out a good deal more than the Gold Wing's 118 horsepower and 128 pound-feet of torque — and expect the EVO6 itself to tip the scales at considerably less than half the Gold Wing's dry weight.

Bring the whole package in around 400 lbs wet, make >180 hp, keep the 128 lb/ft or better.

As it stands, the wheel base looks long, the rake too mild but the CG will be very low if that is a fake gas tank. If that is a fake tank then plan on lots of gas stops. Ground clearance shouldn’t be a factor, make the cylinder head covers replaceable sliders. The gas tank already looks dented, seat looks high but I luv the dirt bike straight bars. Where this baby is going it don’t need no bags. I smell a hooligan bike that can probably hang with pure sorts.

<<POP>> Dang, I just woke up and remembered this is only a concept bike. :(

Some bikes are just meant to go buy a shake at the local drive in diner. I think that's one of them. Cool and useless...sometimes there's nothing wrong with that :)

Kinda reminds me of the Triumph Rocket III...
