The issue with folks reserving rooms without the code should be handled and Dixie assures me that everyone will get the room type (bed(s)) that they ask for. I'll post the latter on the appropriate public thread.

Our registration room is Uinta 1, and will double as the mini seminar rooms that Andrew is arranging with the vendors. Small, pop-up displays are allowed without incurring service or portage fees. Unless someone thinks differently, Uinta 1 seems more than adequate for our needs.

It seems comparable to the room we had for registration. If we know it's going to be dual use for reg. and a seminar...I think we could arrange it at the outset to accomodate things for the rated 21 or so in a classroom mode.

Classroom means with chairs and tables. I can't envision these seminars lasting more than an hour each, so we really don't need the tables. Andrew?

I just meant that configuration as a means of estimating how many warm and sweaty bodies could be in the space before funking the place out. Actually, if Tobie is in there...we could only comfortably fit maybe 3.

I suspect most seminars will require a table or two for the vendor then chairs for the attendees. Some vendors may have different requirements...Andrew?

Will we have a "display" area for the vendors to set up like we had in Reno?
