I am new to this forum, so I'm sorry if there is contact info some where, but believe me I have searched. I have tried calling Dynojet endlessly, (been on hold for over 20 minutes) then just disconnected. I have tried email, no reply. I have called both numbers and tried all of the phone prompts, nothing. I would like to talk to them about their PCIII, but if I can't get in touch with them I am a bit nervous about buying anything from them. In one of the posts I have read, the name "Chris" was mentioned, so I am in hopes maybe somebody has his direct extension.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Gene

I had a pciii that quit working last year right before EOM. It was 4 plus years old and 50k miles on it.

I emailed them off thier website. I got a response about 4-5 days later, returned the email with my address, then got a return authorization number from them about 10 days later. Never tried called, just email. Their response was on the slow side.

However, their solution to my malfunctioning pciii was to replace it with a new one. It showed up about 10 days after I mailed it.

The gentlemen I had contact with did say they had been busy, and apologized for the delay in communication. PM me for his email address.

Thanks, I will take you up on your email, but I have tried every email on their site and every phone number on their site to no avail. One more try, then I am moving on.
