Well, as motorcycle speedos are incredibly untrustworty I have absolutely no idea how fast I have been on a street bikes, but my guess would be in the 150-160 range on a number of different sleds over the years. Question about doing big top end numbers on the street as I get older is - Why?
OTOH, fastest I can 100% verify...
As per a radar gun on pit wall at Texas World Speedway, 161 MPH on a bad-*** 1047cc Kawasaki Z-1 based superbike back in 1980... And it wobbled almost as fast! Worst handling road racer I ever competed on. Fast, but scared the snot out of you everywhere with its flexi-flyer chassis...
Next best... 158 MPH, same radar gun, same track, riding my Honda CB-900-F based road racer. Didn't end up racing with that gearing, though, as it turned better lap times with gearing that had it pulling redline in 5th at 151-152 MPH. Came off the corners much harder with the shorter gearing, so that's what it raced with. This back when factory Superbikes were hitting 170 MPH at Daytona, so the speeds around TWS weren't too shabby considering neither bike was near as trick as a factory-backed Kawa or Honda.
