How is Y.E.S. transferred ... ?

I have the YES on my '06 FJR.

I'm wondering how the YES could be transferred to a new owner.

Anybody know about this?

Call Y.E.S. Administration at (866) 937-3983. They will change it and send you a new card. No cost involved.
