My Corbin is out for delivery. I understand the plastic adjuster has to come off the bike for the Corbin, which contributes to lower seat height.

Spacer seems to be held in by plastic posts floating in a plastic groove but don't see how to easily take it out. How do you get the spacer off the bike?

Thanks.

You "gently" tweak them...they are not long posts....just slide it around and you'll note it's easy to remove in some spots than others. I have a Corbin and regularly flip between it (long trips) and the stocker (commuting).

Pull really hard.

Actually, if yours was never in there, trying to figure out how to get it back will twist your head into a pretzel. I got mine with the Corbin on it but returned to the stock seat and sold it.

Thanks. Actually had to loosen the two 10mm bolts as my base was off center, but it was easy.
I was trying to do this to my 2007 (different?) the other day. I was having trouble "finessing" it and didn't want to break anything. I took off those two bolts and also a third bolt (philips head) near the tool bag. No problem after that.
