This past weekend I realized I lost one of the straps for my airhawk cusion. Definitely want that bad boy for the ride to NAFO.
I emailed the company to ask if I could buy a couple replcements. Just got an email from them that they looked me up based on my past order, and were sending two straps to me; expedited. No cost, just a wish that my ride goes well.
THAT is excellent customer service.
