It is a 700# spring, will fit Penske shocks. Dimensions are 2.25"ID X 6" long.
Removed it from my Penske 8983 on my Gen II and replaced it with a lighter spring. .
Date code is 05/16. I purchased it new in January 2018. Probably has a thousand miles on it.
Condition is excellent, no visible wear, chips or rust.
