Today I installed Hyperlights from Hyperlights.com on my '08 FJR and boy do they make a huge difference!! The install was pretty straight forward and relatively easy. They flash for 5 seconds and then stay on solid red. I have a flasher on the spoiler of my Honda Goldwing and folks say it really catches the eye when behind me.

Anything that helps us become more visible to John Q Public is a good thing! :yahoo:

They look great and I'm looking into getting a pair.

Which model # did you use?

There are a number of universial light they list.

Any suggestions would be great.

they're very easy to install. i use the simple "blink for 5 seconds then stay on the rest of the time the brake is applied" version. i want to get the driver's attention, but not confuse. if i'm at a light, and no one is behind me, but then a car does approach, i just release the brake, adn reapply, and that reactivates the hyperlites to the 5-sec blinking mode.

U32 Kit $75.95 Flashing LED Brake Lights (two 16 LED modules, flasher, and hardware w/ wires out rear and tape on bottom)

That is what I got...does that help?
