I need side cases. Cracked, Broken, Scraped= OK

So when I bought my '05, it did not have side cases. I bought it in July not very badly wrecked for $3000 able to run and ride. I do not have much money at all, so if you have any cases that are Broken (preferably all part with it) Cracked or scraped I don't mind. I can fix and paint them. Depending on what I am offered, I might need to get 2 sets to make 1 good set. Thanks guys for any help.

You're gonna need lock cylinders for them, too, probably. Locks come with the bike, have to be installed in the side cases by the dealer. If someone replaces their rashed bag, they move the lock to the new bag. If you don't have the bags, you probably don't have the locks.

Ya I know. I figured that I would worry about it when that time comes. I am not too worried about it. But I thank you for bringing up something that I could have missed.

Try eBay...........I found many parts there. I have seen a couple of bags recently that look like they need a bit of TLC and paint, so that would save some coin.

So, I have said this many many times and I am sure this wont be the last. FJR guys are the best!! I am truely blessed to have the great friends that I have. The times that I have really needed a hand, you guys really step up (aahhheeemmm, NIEHART), sorry I had to cough. Any time anyone needs a hand I have always done my best to step up any way possible, and it has many times bitten me in the ***. But when those times come when that hat is tipped in your direction, it confirms to you again why it is always worth it. Thank You all, and some more then others. Thanks again Dave!! I am really one lucky SOB to have friends like you all!! I will post pics soon.
