I've submitted a few ordered thru Thompson Cigar online. Recently they have been calling me and emailing me daily.
Numerous requests to be removed from call and email lists with acknowledgement ultimately go ignored. Not that I should have to, but I've added the numbers to the block lists and website to the spam list.
Any recommendations to become equally the pain in the *** for them that they have for me?
Well...

second, if it were me, I'd remind myself that the behavior you're experiencing is very typical of web companies now a days. Companies go to extremes to sell their products. Hell you can't turn on the TV without being bombarded by commercials. PBS is about the only one that doesn't do that, except of course when they have a telethon fund raiser :dribble:
third, you've already made it so you don't have to deal with their "excessive" desire to get people to buy their stuff. I'd simply leave it at that or use the WHO IS info and call them or write them a letter. Of course it won't do any good, but you could tell them your experience and that you're going to report them to the better business bureau. I believe they are suppose to be, in good faith, removing email address' (phone numbers) that they've had requests for.
good luck with it. Pretty sad it's so common now a days.
